GOYA Administrators
Youth Advisors and Coaches shall be members in good standing within their respective parishes. They shall be active in the sacramental life of the Church. They are responsible to and shall be appointed and reassigned by their parish priest. Youth Advisors must attend a training seminar before each season that is delivered by the Director of Youth and Young Adult Ministries and/or the Regional Youth Commissioners. Youth Advisors are required to pledge to uphold the teachings of the Orthodox Church and will sign a contract indicating such.

Youth Officials
The elected Youth Officials shall be active participants within their local youth programs. In addition to upholding an exemplary Christian conduct, Youth Officials shall assist GOYA Administrators in organizing youth functions throughout the year.
